Life Transitions

Therapy for Life Transitions and College Students in Georgia

Some changes leave you unsure who you are on the other side of them.

I offer online therapy for adults and college students across Georgia who are navigating a major change. Sessions are by secure video in early mornings, evenings, and on weekends, so therapy fits around work, classes, and everything else that’s shifting.

Changes that can knock you off balance

  • Graduating, starting a career, or changing directions
  • Moving to a new city or state
  • Ending a relationship or marriage
  • Losing someone important
  • Becoming a parent or caregiver
  • Retiring or leaving a long-held role
  • A health change that rearranges daily life

Even changes you chose can leave you feeling unsteady. That doesn’t mean you made the wrong choice, perhaps it’s just a sign that things are shifting.

What we’ll work on

We’ll slow down, name what’s changing, and sort out what you want to carry forward and what you’re ready to leave behind. Therapy here is practical and collaborative, and I’ll tell you what I’m noticing along the way. You set the pace.

For college students

College brings its own kind of pressure: living away from home, figuring out what’s next, relationships, identity questions, and the sense that everyone else has it together. I work with students 18 and older at Georgia colleges and universities.

  • Evening and weekend sessions fit around classes and part-time jobs.
  • Therapy by video is private and separate from campus.
  • You need to be physically in Georgia during each session. If you’re an out-of-state student who goes home for breaks, we’ll plan around that together.

The practical details

  • 50-minute sessions by secure video, $150 per session
  • Early-morning, evening, and weekend times (Eastern Time)
  • Available to adults 18+ physically in Georgia during sessions
  • Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement

Start with a conversation.

A free 15-minute consult is a chance to talk about what’s changing and see whether we’re a good fit.
